Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase.

In order to be eligible for return, items must be in unworn, new condition with tags intact.

Refunds will be issued to original method of payment only.

Please try on items carefully. If items received back are deemed to be used, worn, damaged or unsellable they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please keep items in a smoke and scent-free environment until you are able to return them. 

Underwear, hosiery and shapewear are final sale. 

Underwire escaping, hooks or eyes bent? Bras don’t come with warranties and are unfortunately susceptible to wear and tear. We offer repairs at no charge for bras purchased at Custom Curves.

Please contact: store@customcurves.ca to inform of intent to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving items.

Unfulfilled online orders are only eligible for cancellation within a 12 hour period.

All return postage is buyer’s responsibility, including postage for sending out exchange.

Returned items must be sent regular tracked mail. Refund will be issued 24 hours after receiving return. Items not eligible for return (see above) will not be shipped back or refunded.

If you are local to Dartmouth/Halifax you are welcome to return items in person and not incur any additional fees.

We inspect every item prior to shipping and take great care in packaging items carefully. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact store@customcurves.ca.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Canada Post with tracking.

Orders shipped within Nova Scotia usually arrive 1-3 days after processing.

Orders shipped outside of Nova Scotia will arrive within 5 -10 business days.

Please allow for 1-2 days for package processing.

No orders are processed on weekends or holidays; you will be advised of any delays.

We are not offering US and international shipping at this time.

If you use the booking form on our site you may opt-in to saving your name and email address in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you visit again. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our contact page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

For clients that start a customer profile with us, your name, past purchases and contact information (if provided) are stored on our database to assist you with future purchases. Only employees of Custom Curves with an authorized login have access to your customer profile. We will never sell, trade or share your information to external parties. We do not store financial or payment card information.

What rights you have over your data

You have the right to refuse or opt out of a customer profile, providing contact information or receiving marketing content at any time. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, financial reporting, legal, or security purposes.
